Before I worked with Jeremy I was feeling so lost, struggling at work, struggling to feel any sense of joy. I knew something had to change but I was terrified, and didn’t know where to begin. I couldn’t see the support I already had in my life just the misery, I felt trapped. But then I met Jeremy and all that changed. My Therapeutic Approach
I believe that all human beings have the potential to lead happy and fulfilling lives. The issue is that as kids we don’t know how the world works or who we trully are, and so we’re reliant on the world around us: family, friends, schools, experiences, media etc. to help us make sense of who we are, and how best to respond to life. From there we build a map of life, a guide book, with rules and beliefs, that aren’t always accurate. And at times these rules and beliefs can interfere with our sense of safety, and our sense of who we are. I help you explore that map. And then, using hypnotherapy, we work together to find new ways to deal with the situations you face, and unlock the potential you have.
Our first session together will be 90 minutes to 2 hours, and this helps us to get a clear picture of what is happening for you. From there I design a hypnotherapy session that is personalised to you, so that it has meaning, and can help you start to make the changes you want to make.
Follow up sessions will be 60 minutes. And these are designed to continue that journey together, and to get you to the place where you notice those changes.
All of our sessions will be online, and one of the biggest benefits of using a video platform to provide therapy, is that you can have your sessions from wherever you choose. I will always conduct these sessions from a private space, where we won’t be disturbed or overheard, and of course that is my recommendation to you. However, it does mean that you don’t have to travel, and that you can take part in our sessions from the comfort of your own home.
Having conducted many online sessions since 2021, the experience for me, and the feedback from clients, has always been that it’s like being in the room together. Nothing is lost, and I have the opportunity to share resources with you, by sharing my screen.
