If you’re struggling with obsessive-compulsive behaviour then hypnosis can be one of the most effective tools you are ever likely to come across. Obviously obsessive-compulsive disorders are very closely linked to anxiety. Any treatment plan that we would offer would include dealing with the larger, more generalised anxiety first, then we would deal with the specific OCD behaviour. This way we effectively drain the swamp first, then go after the specific area of concern. This is a tried, tested and proven method of dealing with OCD. Trying to free you of the OCD whilst allowing you to keep feeding the anxiety, will impede treatment. The good news is that no matter how long you have had the issue, we can address with minimal meetings. It is a process you run, it is not you.
