THERAPIST DIRECTORY LEGAL WAIVER AND DISCLAIMER

INTRODUCTION

This website (the “City Directory”) provides a listing service for independent mental health professionals (collectively “Therapists”). Please read this Waiver and Disclaimer carefully before using the Directory.

NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY RELATIONSHIP

The Directory is solely an informational platform that connects potential clients with independent Therapists. The owner/operator of this Directory:

• Does NOT employ or manage any Therapists listed on this platform
• Does NOT have any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship with any Therapists
• Does NOT control, influence, or have any involvement in the professional services provided by Therapists
• Does NOT endorse or recommend any specific Therapist

NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERAPIST SERVICES

By using this Directory, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. The Directory owner assumes NO responsibility or liability for any actions, omissions, advice, treatment, services, or recommendations provided by any Therapist listed on this platform.
2. Any professional relationship formed is solely between you and the Therapist you choose to contact.
3. The Directory owner makes NO representations or warranties regarding the qualifications, credentials, licensing status, experience, competence, or quality of services of any Therapist.
4. Users are solely responsible for verifying a Therapist’s credentials, licensing status, and professional background before engaging their services.
   

NO FEE FOR SERVICE

The Directory owner:

• Does NOT charge any fees to Therapists for referrals or connections made through the Directory
• Does NOT receive any commission, percentage, or share of any fees collected by Therapists
• Does NOT process payments between clients and Therapists
• Has NO financial interest in any transactions between users and Therapists

Users acknowledge that any payment arrangements are made directly between the user and the Therapist, without involvement from the Directory owner.

INFORMATION ACCURACY

While the Directory owner strives to provide accurate information, we:

• Cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information provided by Therapists
• Are not responsible for outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information
• Rely on Therapists to provide and update their own information

Users should independently verify all information before making decisions based on Directory listings.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Directory owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: personal injury, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use, or loss of data, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable and whether or not the Directory owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

INDEMNIFICATION

By using this Directory, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Directory owner and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (1) your use of the Directory; (2) your violation of this Waiver and Disclaimer; or (3) your interaction with any Therapist found through the Directory.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using this Directory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver and Disclaimer. You further acknowledge that you are using the Directory at your own risk and discretion.
