So many people struggle with a busy mind or intrusive thoughts and never realise that they are easily addressed using our form of hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy will not stop a critical mind or intrusive thought from ever entering your head again, however what it will do is build the skill to effectively decide which thoughts you should listen to and which thought you should simply ignore. No matter how intelligent we think we are it’s fairly safe to say the vast majority of our thoughts in a day are not worth listening to. The key is being able to have a mechanism to separate and distinguish useful thoughts from thoughts that are not worth listening to. In our opinion hypnotherapy is not only the most effective way or building this sort of cognitive skill, it may well be the only way.
